Our Client Portals provide 24/7 access to documents & file submission.

Access the electronic versions of your current engagements and supporting files commonly required by your banks or financial institutions or send your documents requested by your advisor when it’s convenient for you.

📝 Step 1: Sign up for a Stark & Marsh Client Portal Account 

  1. Complete the Stark & Marsh Client Portal Registration Form. Once your portal has been activiated you will recieve an email.

🔐 Step 2: Activate Your ShareFile Account

  1. Check Your Email: Look for an invitation email from ShareFile (e.g., mail@sf-notifications.com).
  2. Activate Account: Click the “Activate Account” button within the email.
  3. Enter Personal Information: Provide your first and last name, and company name if applicable.
  4. Create Password: Set a secure password following the provided criteria.
  5. Sign In: Click “Save and Sign In” to access your account.

 

🔑 Step 3: Log In to Your Account

  1. Navigate to Login Page:
    1. Go to your Stark & Marsh’s ShareFile login URL: https://starkmarsh.sharefile.com
    2. Or you can access the login through our Client Portal page on our website: www.starkmarsh.com\client-portal
  2. Enter Credentials: Input your email address and the password you created.
  3. Sign In: Click the “Sign In” button to access your dashboard.

 

📁 Step 4: Access Shared Folders

  1. Dashboard Navigation: Upon logging in, you’ll land on the dashboard.
  2. Open Shared Folders: Click on “Folders” in the left-hand navigation pane, then select “Shared Folders”.
  3. Select Your Folder: Locate and click on the folder labeled with your name or company name to view its contents.

 

⬆️ Step 5: Upload Files

  1. Choose Destination Folder: Within your shared folder, select the “From Client” sub-folder for your upload.
  2. Initiate Upload: Click the blue “+” button on the upper right side of the page and select “Upload”.
  3. Select Files: Drag and drop files into the upload area or click “Browse files” to select them manually.
  4. Complete Upload: After adding all files, click the “Upload” button to start the process.

 

⬇️ Step 6: Download Files

  1. Navigate to File: Within your shared folder and subfolders, locate the file you wish to download.
  2. Download: Click on the file name to preview it, then click the “Download” button to save it to your device.

 

📱 Optional: Use the ShareFile Mobile App

  1. Download App: Install the Citrix Files app from your device’s app store.
  2. Log In: Enter your ShareFile credentials to access your account.
  3. Upload from Mobile: Use the app to upload photos or documents directly from your device.
