What is CropConnect and why should you use it?
CropConnect is a secure online service from Saskatchewan Crop Insurance (SCIC) that allows producers to manage their crop insurance information electronically.
How CropConnect Helps You
✔ Less paperwork, less hassle
CropConnect lets you submit crop insurance information online instead of using paper forms. This helps reduce errors, saves time, and simplifies reporting—especially during busy seasons.
✔ Easy access to your insurance details
You can view your crop insurance coverage, contracts, and insured crop prices all in one place, making it easier to understand your coverage and plan ahead.
✔ Better planning and decision making
Having your insurance information readily available supports better financial planning and more informed conversations with your accountant (including access to information that could assist with AgriStability preparation and filing), lender, or advisor.
✔ Secure and producer controlled
Only the information you choose to submit is shared. You remain in control of your data at all times.
✔ Fewer delays and missed deadlines
Submitting information electronically helps ensure SCIC receives it quickly and accurately, reducing the risk of processing delays or missed deadlines.
How to Sign Up for CropConnect
If you’re an SCIC customer, you can sign up or log in to CropConnect directly through SCIC’s website.
From the login page, you can select “Activate Account” if you haven’t registered yet, or sign in using your existing SCIC contract number.
