Todd earned his Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) from the University of Saskatchewan in 1991 followed by his Chartered Accountant (CA) designation, the predecessor to the current CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) designation in 1993 with the Institute of Alberta and 1994 with the Institute of Saskatchewan. Todd also completed the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants’ In-depth Tax Course in 1998.

In 1999, Todd opened his own firm (Peters & Loeppky) which in 2008 merged with Stark & Marsh.

Todd specializes primarily in client’s personal and corporate needs including completion of financial statements, income tax returns, farm aid applications, tax planning, and advice.
