Kathy has been a valued member of Stark & Marsh since 2005, starting as a recordkeeper and advancing into a leadership role within Management Services and Advisory Services. In her current role, Kathy coordinates client engagements and oversees the administration and development of processes to ensure the firm delivers exceptional service while upholding its core values for both clients and employees.

Kathy’s professional qualifications include a Business Diploma (2001), a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation (2011), a Coaching Certificate (2011), and completion of the Emerging Leaders Academy program (2010).
