INIOLUWA AJAYI
HR COORDINATOR
Inioluwa supports the firm’s people operations and employee experience. He works closely with leadership and team members across the firm to assist with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and engagement initiatives that help employees thrive and support operational excellence.
He holds a Diploma in Human Resources from Great Plains College, along with a Bachelor of Laws and Barrister at Law qualification from Nigeria and is currently working towards his Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation. His varied experience across professional services and operations allows him to bring practical insight and adaptability to the firm’s HR practices.
Inioluwa brings a diverse professional background in human resources, administration, and law, giving him a strong foundation in organization, compliance, communication, and confidential information management. He is known for his thoughtful, people-centred approach and his ability to build positive relationships while contributing to efficient, well-structured HR processes.
Outside of work, Inioluwa enjoys staying involved in his community through weekly volunteer service with the local church music team at the Community Baptist Church and values collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth.
