Glen earned his Chartered Accountant (CA) designation in 1977, now recognized as the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation. He also obtained various director achievement certificates while serving on the board of a local credit union. Early in his career, Glen worked with a national firm for five years, gaining experience with large oil and gas companies, land development firms, and other sizable organizations. In 1980, he returned to Swift Current, shifting his focus to small to medium-sized businesses and personal tax.

With a strong farming background, Glen specializes in agricultural solutions and transition planning services. After 38 years as an active Partner at Stark & Marsh, Glen retired from the partnership in December 2018. However, he continues to provide consulting services, assisting clients with personal tax needs and business transitions.

Glen’s commitment to his community has been extensive. He has coached minor sports, participated in the Kinsmen and K-40 Clubs of Swift Current, served on the board of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Saskatchewan (ICAS), and was a director and chairman of the Southwest Innovation Credit Union for ten years. Currently, he serves as the President of the Saskatchewan Party-Swift Current Constituency.

In retirement, Glen enjoys supporting the Swift Current Broncos, the 57’s, curling, and striving to perfect his golf swing.
