Elden joined the firm in 2009 as Chief Operating Officer, became Chief Executive Officer January 2015, and became a Partner July of 2015. His responsibilities are to provide strategic and operational leadership and guide business development efforts for the firm.

Previous to Stark & Marsh, Elden was with the Swift Current Broncos Hockey Club for 15 years from 1994-2009 serving in a variety of capacities including Assistant General Manager/Director of Operations, Assistant General Manager/Director of Player Personnel, and Public Relations/Marketing Director.

Elden is the co-chair of the Kiwanis Club of Swift Current’s Youth Services committee which supports youth projects and activities in the community. In past years, Elden was actively involved as the president of Swift Current Minor Football, and in coaching Minor Football, Baseball, and Hockey in the community.
