Elden joined Stark & Marsh in 2009 as Chief Operating Officer, bringing extensive leadership experience to the firm. In January 2015, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer, and later that year, in July 2015, he became a Partner. In his role, Elden provides strategic and operational leadership while driving business development initiatives to support the firm’s growth and success.

Before joining Stark & Marsh, Elden spent 15 years with the Swift Current Broncos Hockey Club (1994–2009), where he held key positions, including Assistant General Manager/Director of Operations, Assistant General Manager/Director of Player Personnel, and Public Relations/Marketing Director.

A dedicated community leader, Elden is the President of the Kiwanis Club of Swift Current, which supports various youth-focused and community-based programming initiatives in the City. He has also been actively involved in local sports as the past president of Swift Current Minor Football and has coached minor football, baseball, and hockey.
