Darcy is the Director of Operations with Stark & Marsh. His responsibilities include providing operational leadership to our organization as well as maintaining and continuously improving valued client relationships. Darcy is responsible for the recruitment and development of our colleagues and his involvement with various boards including the Elmwood G&CC (President), the Swift Current Downtown Business Association and involvement with the Swift Current 57s Baseball Club exemplify our firm’s commitment to our communities. Darcy brings over 20 years of operational management and financial services experience to the firm.

Darcy has been with the firm since June of 2011.
