CPHR, HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Cole holds a Bachelor of Management degree from the University of Lethbridge, with a major in Human Resources & Labour Relations and a minor in Information Systems. His educational journey also included studies at the University of Jamestown and Vancouver Island University. In 2018, Cole achieved his Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.

With nine years of experience in Human Resources, Cole brings a broad skill set that includes recruitment and retention, labour relations, training and development, performance management, payroll, benefits administration, pension management, disability management, and market trend analysis.

At Stark & Marsh, Cole aligns strategic initiatives with day-to-day practices through recruitment and retention initiatives, ensuring the firm attracts and retains top talent. He also oversees training and development programs, fostering opportunities for professional growth and advancement. Additionally, Cole manages performance management practices and conducts market compensation analyses to maintain Stark & Marsh’s competitive position.

An active member of the Shaunavon Wildlife Federation since 2018, Cole has also contributed to the organization as the treasurer from 2018 – 2022 and from November 2024, to present.
