OUR COLLEAGUES

Cole attended the University of Jamestown (2008-2009), Vancouver Island University (2009-2010), and the University of Lethbridge (2010-2013), graduating from University of Lethbridge with a Bachelor of Management, Majoring in Human Resources & Labour Relations, and a Minor in Information Systems. Cole also obtained his CPHR designation in 2018.

Cole has nine years of Human Resources experience, including recruitment & retention, labour relations, training & development, performance management, payroll, benefits administration, pension, disability management, HR market analysis & trends, etc.

At Stark & Marsh, Cole is responsible for the recruitment & retention of new and current employees and leading the training and development programs for our colleagues to ensure growth and advancement opportunities. He also oversees the performance management practices and market compensation analysis to ensure Stark & Marsh stays competitive in the market.

Cole has served as a Shaunavon Wildlife Federation member since 2018, previously serving as their Treasurer.
