Cole earned his CPA designation in 2021 after completing both a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Great Distinction and a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan in 2018. He began his accounting career in Kindersley, Saskatchewan, before relocating to Swift Current in November 2019 to join Stark & Marsh. Cole entered the firm’s Management team in August 2022 and became a Partner in 2025.

With his certification from the CPA In-Depth Tax Program, completed in August 2024, Cole is recognized as an expert in tax advisory. He specializes in corporate rollovers, business transition strategies, and comprehensive personal and corporate tax planning.

Committed to giving back to the community, Cole has volunteered with several organizations, including the Kindersley Curling Club board (2018–2020), Micah Mission (2016–2017), and Circles of Support and Accountability (2015–2017).
