Business Workshop

Small to Medium Sized Business Workshop

Join Stark & Marsh and Stringam Law for a Swift Current Chamber of Commerce Luncheon Business Workshop

Whether you’re planning to pass your business to a family member, sell to a key employee, or negotiate with an outside buyer, transitioning a business is one of the most important financial and personal decisions an owner can make.

You’ll hear from a panel of experts on how each professional’s role interconnects — from valuing the business and structuring the sale, to optimizing tax outcomes, ensuring legal protection, and planning for long-term financial well-being.

Our goal is that by the end of this session, you’ll have a clearer picture of what your long term business plans looks like — and the confidence to start the planning process.
