Bill holds a Master of Professional Accounting (MPAcc) degree from the University of Saskatchewan and earned his Chartered Accountant (CA) designation in 2000, the predecessor to the current Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.

A valued member of Stark & Marsh since 1979, Bill has dedicated his career to tax advisory, working full-time in this area since 2004. As a former tax partner, he continues to provide invaluable expertise as a Senior Advisor, focusing on income tax planning for corporations, individuals, and small to medium-sized business owners.

Bill has completed the In-Depth Income Tax courses from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and stays up-to-date with tax developments through ongoing education and professional networking. His extensive experience includes Canadian income tax consulting and implementing tax plans for private businesses and individuals.

With a strong focus on agriculture and other business sectors, Bill is well-versed in a variety of business structures, including partnerships, joint ventures, corporations, and trusts. He specializes in assisting business owners through all stages of the business life cycle, including generational transitions and business sales, with the goal of maximizing after-tax proceeds.
