Ashley joined Stark & Marsh in 2013, bringing her passion for communication and creativity to the firm’s marketing team. Initially focused on supporting both internal and external communications, Ashley’s role has evolved to encompass a broad scope of strategic marketing and brand management functions. This includes oversight of corporate presentations, development and maintenance of marketing collateral, coordination of brand assets such as business cards and stationery, management of sponsorship initiatives, administration of the firm’s website, and leadership of digital media strategy and visual content creation.

Internally, Ashley plays a key role in managing the firm’s primary internal communication platform, leveraging her expertise in SharePoint administration to support effective knowledge sharing and team collaboration. She is also an active contributor to workplace culture through her involvement on the Social Committee.

Over the years, Ashley has played a lead role in organizing numerous major Stark & Marsh events and has proudly contributed to a variety of community initiatives. She previously served on the Marketing and Advertising Committees for both the Western Canada Summer Games and the World U17 Hockey Challenge, further showcasing her dedication to community involvement and collaborative planning.
