pleased to introduce Carl Neggers as Chief Executive
Officer. |

| Carl will be responsible for
providing strategic and operational leadership to
our organization as well as maintaining and
continuously improving valued client relationships
and supporting our commitment to our community. Carl
brings over 20 years of strategic and executive
management experience to the firm and has led
several major organizations, including most recently
serving as Director General, Prairie Farm
Rehabilitation Administration (PFRA). Carl is a graduate in Administration from the
University of Regina, and has an MBA from the University of Guelph. |
